About Lynn
Lynn spent over ten years in strategy, finance and operations consulting, including roles at EY and Eight Advisory in Brussels, and overseas experience at McGrathNicol in Sydney. She then moved from advising businesses to joining one as Operations Manager at Kimaï, a fine jewellery brand working with lab-grown diamonds across Antwerp, London, Paris and Los Angeles.
That experience gave her a view from both sides: what businesses need to do to grow, and what it actually takes to make that growth work day to day.
Today, Lynn brings that perspective to growing lifestyle brands, from fashion and jewellery to beauty, home and wellness, helping founders navigate the strategic, financial and operational challenges that come with their next stage of growth.
